Pedders eXtreme Xa Coil Overs Will Find a Home on My 2010 Camaro

Although most details are still up in the air for my 2010 Camaro project (at least at the time of this entry), one thing that I have solidified is the major suspension components for it.
I have talked extensively with Pedders USA and their eXtreme Xa coilover system stood out as being perfect for my needs and uses.
Chris Frezza and I recently interviewed Pete Basica, President of Pedders USA, in CamaroZ28.Com Podcast #178. It is considered one of our better shows and the Camaro suspension and geometry data Pete provided was well ahead of its time. Have a listen in iTunes if you haven’t heard it already.
Don’t have time to listen to the whole show to get the info on the eXtreme Xa system? Never fear! Mike White, a Pedders rep, recently posted a tremendous amount of data about the eXtreme Xa sytems on CamaroZ28.Com. If you read deep, you will see references to complimentary Pedders suspension items being on the way as well.
While my Camaro is not intended to primarily be a competition vehicle, I expect to have some serious handling ability and I cannot wait to get the kit on my car and report on it.

Jason,
We are plotting to have your Camaro over 1G.

SWEET vid…and 1G is good for me!

Man, it’s too bad that the NFME event at Indy is getting cancelled on Thursday. That would’ve been awesome to see what that suspension could do on road and autocross courses.
NFME is 20 registrants shy of having enough paid entries to pull it off
Maybe we could hit Gingerman or Grattan together this summer and do some video?? I’m working integrating a plug-in GPS module to work alongside my accelerometer package… Not exactly for road courses but it would tell us whether or not you actually can pull off 1 g on the apexes or not!
